My duties include; 1.Monitor voice quality on a regular basis on all voice routes and re-routing of data. 2. Use network management and monitoring tools like PRTG, MRTG, Whatsup Gold to provide business reports. 3. Configure and implement routing protocols such as BG, MPBGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, RIP on Cisco equipment. 4. Provide real time and timely support to Data and Voice clients. These activities help in the provision of very reliable and high quality services in my country. They also help me build my experience in network infrastructure development.
